Before our session, reflect on the abundance in your life. Notice what resources you have access to in your inner and outer worlds.

Bring your art journal (or pen & paper) to the call for journaling.

Bring any art supplies you want to play with for art creation time. You may choose to journal, collage, paint, sew...whatever is calling for you. ​​​
