• Arrive to the call 5 minutes early so you have time to get your camera and supplies set up and we can all start on time. The waiting room closes at 10 min after the start of the call so we can hold the container. Please do arrive on time

• This is a video call; plan on using your camera so we can deepen our connections.

• Bring snacks & beverages to the call so you can sustain yourself throughout our time together.

• Bring a journal and pen to the call for our journaling exercises.
