Preparation Information
Claiming Your YES ​

Take a few moments before the call to set up your creation space, a place where you can use your art supplies & participate and connect with others on the call.
​

Arrive to the call 5 minutes early so you have time to get your camera and supplies set up and we can all start on time. Waiting room closes 10 min after start of session to hold the space for our group.
​

Bring a journal and pen to the call for our journaling exercises.

Optional but recommended: bring whatever art supplies inspire you:

Contemplations

As you prepare for this “Claiming Your YES” playshop, I invite you to begin listening for the quiet stirrings of what wants to lead you into the new year.
​
Over the next few days, gently contemplate:

What is calling you? Not the “shoulds,” but the whisper of something true, energizing, or meaningful.

What deep Yes is wanting to emerge from you?
-
How do you want to feel in the coming year or season? What qualities or states of being are you hungry for?
-
What word, phrase, or mantra might hold the essence of the direction your soul wants to move?
You don’t need clear answers, only curiosity. Notice the sparks, nudges, and body sensations that arise as you reflect. Jot down ideas and inspirations and bring them with you to the playshop.

Your YES is already speaking. Together, we’ll give it space to become visible.
