Welcome Wild Soul Wanderer,

I’m so excited you’ll be joining me for this Summer Solstice Creative Arts Playshop to Voice your Becoming.

Summer Solstice is a powerful threshold; a season of light, visibility, creative fire, truth-telling, and becoming.

For this gathering we will come together in sacred community space to cultivate the wisdom of the Throat Chakra,  the energy center associated with communication, authentic expression, creativity & truth.

Through reflection, creative arts, guided practices, and shared experience, we will create space to listen for the voice of the soul and explore what it means to express ourselves with greater courage, clarity, and authenticity.

This gathering is not about performance or artistic perfection. It is about becoming more alive, more expressed, and more connected to the voice of your soul.

Whether your becoming arrives as a whisper, a song, a poem, a drawing, a story, or simply a deeper knowing within, you are welcome here.

I look forward to sharing this Solstice journey with you.

Below are a ways to prepare for our time together.

• Arrive to the call 5 minutes early so you have time to get your camera & supplies set up so we can all start on time. I play gentle music upon arrival to support your transition into our creative space.

• Waiting room closes 10 min after start of session to hold the container for our group.

• Bring a journal & pen for journaling exercises.

• Optional but recommended: bring any art supplies that inspire you:

  • Magazine / Scissors / Glue Stick

  • Art Journal / Collage / Stickers

  • Shamanic Arts / Paints

  • Clay / Bead Making

  • the options are endless….

• In this playshop we'll be exploring themes of:

  • Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

  • Hero’s Journey Thresholds

  • Voice & Authentic Expression

  • Creativity as Sacred Practice

  • Summer Solstice Fire & Visibility

• Recommendation: If you have images, personal photos, poems or symbols that represent these themes in your life, consider bringing them to the playshop & using them in your creative explorations.

• Here's a PDF with inspirations and art work for our time together. Print up if you can so you can refer to this in our gathering. You can also cut this up and use in your art creations too.

• Take a few moments before the call to set up your creation space, a place where you can use your art supplies & also participate and connect with others on the call.

• This is a video call; plan on using your camera so we can deepen our connections. Feel free to dress up in a creative way to celebrate the vibrancy of this Summer Solstice ceremony.

• You may want to bring a candle to the ceremony, not needed but it is nice energy to activate for summer solstice celebrations.  Feel bring to bring drums, rattles, noise makers too if so inspired.

• Bring snacks & beverages to the call so you can sustain yourself throughout our time together.

I look forward to gathering with you around the virtual community fire and celebrating this sacred Summer Solstice threshold together.

Many blessings,
Raven Shree
