  • Before our session,  reflect on what your core needs are in life, and how you get these needs met (or not).

 

  • Bring your art journal and any tools you may want to have handy for journaling. ​

  • Start collecting magazine images of earth, and earth related themes so you have them available for collaging in our gathering.
