I'm delighted you'll be joining me for this Creative Arts Playshop:

The Heart of Belonging: A Hero's Journey into Love, Belonging & Relationship

​

For this gathering, we'll come together in sacred community to explore the wisdom of the Heart Chakra, the energy center associated with love, compassion, forgiveness, balance, relationship & belonging.​​

​

Through reflection, creative arts, guided practices, and shared experience, we will listen to the heartbeat of soul and explore relationship as a path of growth & transformation.

 

This gathering is not about performance or artistic perfection. It's about creating space to listen more deeply to your heart, to honor your humanity, and reconnect with the relationships that sustain and nourish your life.​

​

Below are a ways to prepare for our time together. ​​

​

• Arrive to the call 5 minutes early so you have time to get your camera & supplies set up so we can all start on time. I play gentle music upon arrival to support your transition into our creative space. 

​

• Waiting room closes 10 min after start of session to hold the container for our group. ​

​​​​​​

• Bring a journal & pen for journaling exercises.

• Optional but recommended: bring any art supplies that inspire you:

  • Magazine / Scissors / Glue Stick 

  • Art Journal / Collage / Stickers 

  • Shamanic Arts / Paints 

  • Clay / Bead Making 

  • the options are endless….​​

• ​In this playshop we'll be exploring themes of:

  • • Heart Chakra (Anahata)

  • • Love, Belonging & Relationship

  • • The Hero's Journey

  • • Compassion & Forgiveness

  • • Mutuality & Connection

  • • Giving & Receiving

• Recommendation: If you have personal photographs, meaningful symbols, poems, quotes, cards, letters, or images that evoke themes of love, belonging, relationship, family, friendship, community, nature, or connection, consider bringing them to the playshop.

• Here's a PDF with inspirations and art work for our time together. Print up if you can so you can refer to this in our gathering. You can also cut this up and use in your art creations too.    

 

• ​Feel free to bring imagery, poems of other inspirations that spark your aliveness to use as in the creation of your Heart Map. Some of the landscapes we'll be traveling through are:

• Take a few moments before the call to set up your creation space, a place where you can use your art supplies & also participate and connect with others on the call.

• This is a video call; plan on using your camera so we can deepen our connections. Feel free to dress up in a creative way to celebrate the vibrancy of this Summer Solstice ceremony. ​​​

• Bring snacks & beverages to the call so you can sustain yourself throughout our time together.  

​

As we gather together, may this playshop be a small sanctuary to pause, reflect, create, connect, and remember that you are part of something larger than yourself.
