• Arrive to the call 5 minutes early so you have time to get your camera and supplies set up and we can all start on time.

• Waiting room closes 10 min after start of the call so we can hold the container of the group. Please do arrive on time. 

​

• This is a video call; plan on using your camera so we can deepen our connections.

​

• Bring snacks & beverages to the call so you can sustain yourself throughout our time together.

• Bring a journal and pen to the call for our journaling exercises.
