Leap into your Hero's Journey

This playshop focuses on cultivating the archetypes of the Innocent Fool & the Wise Sage as guides for your Hero's Journey.  Here's information, handouts and links to help you prepare for our gathering.   

​

• Arrive to the call 5 minutes early so you have time to get your camera and supplies set up so we can all start on time. 

• Waiting room closes 10 min after start of session to hold the container for our group. ​

• Bring a journal and pen for journaling exercises.

• Optional but recommended: bring any art supplies that inspire you:

  • Magazine / Scissors / Glue Stick 

  • Art Journal / Collage

  • Shamanic Arts / Paints 

  • Clay / Bead Making 

  • the options are endless….

 

• Recommendation: If there are images, symbols, or words that represent the archetypes of the Innocent Fool and/or Wise Sage, consider bringing them to the playshop to have available for your creativity.

• Take a few moments before the call to set up your creation space so you can participate and connect with others on the call.

​

• ​This is a video call; plan on using your camera so we can deepen our connections.​

​

• Bring snacks & beverages to the call to sustain yourself throughout our time together.  You may even want to light a candle to activate your space & energy. 

​

• Feel free to dress up in fun attire that celebrates the Fool in You. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• If you would like to explore the archetypes of The Fool & Wise Sage in more detail, I recommend this book by one of my teachers. "Wild Mind" by Bill Plotkin. Chapter 4 specifically speaks to the The Fool & Sage on the Medicine Wheel.
