Cultivating Resources

This playshop focuses on the theme of "Resourcing your Hero's Journey".  Here's information, handouts & links to help you prepare for our gathering. See you soon!

• Arrive to the call 5 minutes early so you have time to get your camera and supplies set up so we can all start on time. 

• Waiting room closes 10 min after start of session to hold the container for our group. ​

• Bring a journal and pen for our journaling exercises.

• Optional but recommended: bring any art supplies that inspire you:

  • Magazine / Scissors / Glue Stick 

  • Art Journal / Collage

  • Shamanic Arts / Paints 

  • Clay / Bead Making 

  • the options are endless….

 

• Recommendation: If there are people, allies, communities, etc that represent RESOURCE for you, considering printing pictures of them to have available in the playshop.

• Recommendation: If you have internal skills & talents that represent RESOURCE to you, you might also bring images, symbols, or words that represent these energies for you.

•  Take a few moments before the call to set up your creation space so you can participate and connect with others on the call.

• ​This is a video call; plan on using your camera so we can deepen our connections.​

​

• Bring snacks & beverages to the call to sustain yourself throughout our time together.  You may even want to light a candle to activate your space & energy. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​
