As autumn deepens and the natural world releases & turns inward, we’ll gather in creative community to explore the watery realms of aliveness by exploring feeling, sensation, pleasure, movement, creativity & flow.

During this immersive 3½-hour playshop, Raven Shree will guide the group on a mini Hero’s Journey through the Sacral Chakra, so you can explore the changing currents within your own life.

Through sensory experiences, guided reflection, journaling, music, creative arts and intimate community sharing, you’ll be invited to move beyond simply thinking about your life and into experiencing it.
